We live difficult and uncertain times in the world of work and employment with new realities that deteriorate the working conditions. Everyone is trying to adapt themselves to the new environment: entrepreneurs through their associations, workers through different trade unions, and the State through its role to regulate, control and collect. The stage is new and the actors may not always adapt themselves so quickly to the changes, which happen dramatically.
The International Labor Organization (ILO) analyzes these changes and tries to predict the scenarios of the future, creating objectives for new social, economic and technological realities. Through its management teams and especially under the mandate of Juan Somavía (from 1999 to 2012) it tried to promote decent work in the world. The ILO considers essential dialogue in the workplace, and includes in its agenda goals linked to Decent Work. A job is considered decent if it takes into account rights for both parts, respects people and environment, contemplate fair salaries and is inclusive and non discriminatory, among some other characteristics.
From Integrity Lives & Jobs we want to encourage the use of good practices in the workplace and the rectification of situations that do not help the improvement of the labor market and labor relations.
We are an independent company, without any link to other business groups, political parties or unions, with respect to individual differences, with democratic convictions and always engaged to decent work.
Create a place of communication and development of functional and technological tools that contribute to establish and consolidate decent labor relations, respectful to the representatives of companies, workers and the State.
